How do I know that my appointment has been booked?
If you’ve reached a page that says, “Your appointment is confirmed” then rest assured – you’re all set! Soon you’ll receive an email from Steer with helpful details about your upcoming appointment.
If your appointment is “pending confirmation”, please allow up to one working day for a confirmation from the workshop. Once confirmed, you’ll receive an SMS and an email from Steer.
How does my workshop know that I have an appointment with them?
When you make an appointment via Steer, your booking information is sent to the workshop.
Our workshop partners can then retrieve your service records via their Steer dashboard. This will allow them to plan ahead to provide you with the best possible experience.

I will be late for an appointment. What should I do?
If you are able to, please login
and update your appointment time at My Bookings
⟶ Upcoming Bookings ⟶ Change Appointment, or contact your workshop directly to inform them.
Will I have to wait when I bring my car down to service?
There is no wait time. A car bay will be reserved for you by our partner workshop for fifteen minutes.
