Pickup and Drop-off

HOW IT WORKS

We pick your car up.
We deliver it to a workshop of your choice, to do the jobs you specify.
We return it once the jobs are completed.

PREPAYMENT

Valet booking must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

You will receive a payment link upon confirmation of valet availability. Online prepayment must be made prior to confirmation of this booking.

PROTECTION

A full video recording of the vehicle will be made during key handover. The valet will note any existing damages on an inspection checklist. You will receive a copy of the checklist and the video recording.

Coverage will provided should the valet damage your vehicle while it is in the valet's care, custody and control.

THINGS TO NOTE

This service is provided by Vaff. By your use of this service, you acknowledge that you have read the terms carefully and you agree to all of them.

Please ensure that:

the vehicle is in a fit and roadworthy condition for the safety of the valet
there is sufficient fuel in the vehicle to complete the service
all necessary licences and permits (e.g. road tax, COE, motor insurance policy) have been obtained and are in full effect
