As a layman buying used car parts from a mechanic or even a workshop owner, I trusted in Mr Matthew's words and expertise when he said that the item being sold is in "good condition". Took the item to install elsewhere and detected a crack on the turbo purchased. The crack is even present in his own photos which he used to post online. Still, Mr Matt and his team refused to give me a refund citing that I took too long to return it to them. Fact of the matter is that the time didn't matter because the crack was evidently existent in their own photos that they took prior to me buying it from them.

Yesterday stumbled over a page with regards to a gadget - magic collar. Msg this workshop to enquire. Steven showed me a video clip on how this about and I quickly booked an appointment to get that on my ride. Went today, Steven went thru patiently on his product and the effect after installed to add on he recommend me his throttle body spacer with both works wonder onto my car. Steven has deep knowledge on automobile and if have issuse with your ride. Go to them no regrets. Appreciate your help and good advice today. Will come back for my servicing and install more gadgets.

Did the magic collar and throttle body spacer today, love the way Steven handle my car. every bolts removed was torque back properly. he explains patiencely on the details of his products. anyone who wants to do both of this items, please feel comfortable n safe with his delicated hand.cheers

I went to look for Steven for throttle spacer installed last week and also brought me around, spent time to explain on the function. Have a good chat with him. I was also enquiring about coilover. If you are looking for a skillful and responsible mechanic, Ak workshop is the place you should send your car to. My Stream met with multiples issue which the other workshop is not able to rectify. One word from my experienced with steven, a very knowledgeable Mechanic (young boss), I had damage scratched my bumper. Steven had done good job for my car. Good repairing dents and solid spray painting. Furthermore, price is really reasonable!

Have been facing issues with the strong engine vibration at idle and sometimes almost stalling. Went to a few workshop but could not solve the issue. Thought that it was the ignition coil but narrowed it down to the throttle body. Found AK Workshop online and drove down to have it cleaned. It was fast and I think I met Matthew who was very patient. He addressed some of my queries with regards to the issue and told me what to do and what not to do. It was very transparent and felt that he is very honest. Will definitely recommend people to AK Workshop.

My car was overheat n breakdown.. Send to AK Worksop for repair. They are very responsible team, they took the initiative to take pictures and update their customers on each part they change or fault they found. The price reasonable too.. Their after sale service are good too.. They will message u and ask how is the car.. And also their team will advice you only repair those necessary, unlike those chopper shop chop your money.. Will definitely recommend everyone to him in future..

This is the w/s I keep going back to for a few years. They are trustworthy, get the job very well done and doesn't anyhow do things. Will recommend you properly and not like other w/s out for a profit. A w/s where you can happily leave your car in their care and not to worry whether they anyhow do or not.

I've been to workshops that tend to look after more about their business than my pockets. Sometimes we just need options in order to make decisions that is appropriate at the time. I happened to stumble on AK workshop and i tried my luck. I would say that they are a honest bunch of people with ample skills to match. If you have an issue with your car you will get it resolved. My experiences have been good thus far and I will definitely go back for my regular servicing.
