Used to repair/service my old car here. I brought my new car over for 40k km servicing recently and i provided them a 4L HCF2 gear oil to make sure they are giving the correct gear oil. After the servicing, the charge me additional $50 for 2L HCF2 oil, telling me my car needs 6L gear oil. I didn’t suspect anything but after i spoke to my friends and read the car manual, I realised my car need 3.4L of gear oil ONLY. Obviously this shop is CHEATING and not to mention they rotate my tyre and charge me additional labor without my acknowledgment. This is how they treat their return-customers. Very sad!

Alan’s United Auto began as a small workshop in the year 2000. Mr Alan Khong, the founder, rented a single unit located at the industrial estate of Sin Ming. Starting from scratch, Mr Alan had to build up his reputation as a trust-worthy workshop that provides quality service and workmanship. To date, Alan's United Auto has expanded its operations and has been established in the saturated market as a workshop well known for its efficiency, workmanship and excellent customer service. Backed with over 30 years of hands on experience in the same industry, Mr Alan still oversees all operations and tends to each customers personally to ensure that everyone that steps into Alan's United Auto will be satisfied.
