recommended by a close friend to solve my under carriage issue (drive shaft). price was on the higher end which i thought was ok if overall was OK. first told me would take 90mins and i spent the whole 90mins waiting then was told would take very fast. i made the decision to leave the workshop and was informed 4 hours later to collect the vehicle. imagine i was to wait there? after collection and paid for an alignment, the whole alignment was worse than before, what does that mean? no one test drive the vehicle before handing over. now asking for refund for alignment.

Sent my car with all warning lights on to Max Factor Garage over the weekend. Ben has been constantly providing me with updates when I was away. My car has been carefully diagnosed and repaired at a minimal cost. Today I collected my car with everything solved. Thank you Max Factor Garage and team for you help. Done my servicing today, excellent job to Ben, Charles and the Mechanic Ah De. If your car need to change anything due to wear and tear they will change for you if not they will be honest to tell you, you don't have to. I first came across this workshop as Brake Specialist and Charles indeed lives up to its name by solving my frustrating AP Racing BKK problem which cannot be solved by another "reputable" brake workshop down the street which I've initially purchased and installed from.

Tried the N Brake NAP high temp pads. Can instantly feel the brake feel difference. Kudos to Ben’s team for helping to change the brake pads and they are not pushy in sales but advice accordingly. Well done!

Just did a normal servicing after Ben and Charles recommended XADO. The engine oil was great, almost on par with 300v, but cheaper. Will come back again for 2nd servicing to enjoy the full benefits of XADO. Thanks for the recommendation!

Recently I sent the car in for brake servicing, Ben was very detailed in reviewing the issues with me. He gives good advices on what should be done and also let me know the fees first before proceeding, so that i will be comfortable with it. He is not pushy and even checked with me the lifespan of the car so that it is worth it to continue with the servicing. He answered my enquiries very patiently as well, appreciate it!

I was just their neighbour on the third floor n never thought i cud end up engaging services other than tunes n repairs for my clients needs with Max factor. If is was not because of mechanic “ah wei” recently join Max factor. I wont be knowing Mr Ben. I would not say further bout Mr Ben and his team. Simple said.. “they know what they doing!”

I don't usually do reviews but this is an exception. I was always skeptical about car workshops as all my experiences so far were horrible. But not for Max factor! Did my engine oil servicing and I liked their service. They don't "hard sell" or seem pushy and they give their honest and good advice. Price wise is acceptable Special mention to Ben and Reagan for their great customer service

Went down for an alternator check as another guy who changed my battery mentioned that my alternator might be faulty as the voltage was low.. After checking, Ben assured me that the alternator was good and there wasnt a need to change.. Thumbs up for his honesty as he culd easily claim that I need to change my alternator but he chose not to.. Highly recommended for his honesty...

Called up to enquire about alternator repair on Saturday evening. Response was fast and swift. Arranged for an appointment on Monday early morning. Although it can be done in within or less than half a day but I chose to leave vehicle in the workshop and pickup in the evening after work. Friendly and knowledgeable people. Fast, reasonable and smooth transaction. After repair, charging voltage back to normal with range of 13.3v - 14v as per my indicator. Excellent service, Hassle free and Highly recommended!!!

First time patronising the shop, very friendly and chatty boss. Staffs are fast and efficient. Went there to change brake disc rotors and pads, subsequently did a brake fluid change and aircon servicing. Keep up the good work guys. Thumbs up!!

Great workshop to go to although its my first time..no hidden cost..the mechanics are good and know their stuffs..had my car issues fixed in no time except for the unavailable parts in Singapore which nothing canbe done..its a pleasure knowing max factor garage!!! Highly recommended!!!

Excellent service provided by this workshop. Recently service my car and replaced my brakes pad with N brakes high temp,can feel a different in my braking system. Definitely will recommend this product to friends.

My car was down with several issues, starting from air con, morning starting issues and boost issue. Went to Max Factor garage, Ben and his crew without hesitation diagnose these few issues. Now my car is backed to life again. All thanks to Ben and his crew for the professional work and confidence that the gave me. Its hard to find a workshop where by the owner and crews are passion driven instead of just doing a 1 time business. Its a place highly recommended for all drivers in town.

Send my car for spray and also did racing strips which make my car looks great like bumble bee. I also send my car back to replace my shocks. Now even my old car feels great. Ben is not only a friendly and also professional person. The price are also very reasonable and I dun mind going back there again if I need to do anything for my car.

Thumb up for ben & max factor team.. i have told ben about having brake vibration issue during tracking, he recommended to me 800deg brake pad.. now i can feel my brake is a lot better than before.. & of course not forgetting bardhal engine oil to keep your oil temp in the best condition.. Thanks max factor... Highly recommended..

I went to this garage today(12/05/2015) at 6.25pm (shop should close at 6.30pm). As I will be packed with my work schedule the rest of the week, I was trying my luck to see if I could replace my brake pad when I sms over my request at 5.45pm. To my surprise, Ben agreed to wait for me. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a smile by Ben and his professional technical team who changed my brake pads and test them before handing it back to me. Everything was a breeze. within 15 minutes, my brake pads changed and tested. Chat for a while on servicing package and left after payment and a firm hand shake. Will visit this place to try out the servicing next time round.:) Kudos Ben and team.!
