My car was parked and got hit by a lorry when the driver was reversing to park beside me. Luckily there were witnesses that waited till I came back to my car. Long story short, we settled privately.
It was my first time getting hit and getting bad dents and scratches on my car. So next step for me was to find a reputable workshop for panel beating and spray painting. I found a lot of workshops with good reviews. One particular workshop even had 5 stars even after so many reviews! Many past customers said that the price is fairly low and job done is good. Went down to that workshop and got a quote. I decided to tell the owner that I would send my car in tomorrow morning instead since they were already closing.
However, that night I did more research and came across polymath garage. The next morning, decided to ask the shop for an estimated quote. Sebastian got back to me and gave me a reasonable quote. He also requested me to come down to his workshop so he can have a closer look and give me the exact quote. And thank god I did, his quote were the lowest of all workshop I asked (about 4 workshops in total).
For the price that he quoted me, it was inclusive of panel beating and respraying all the affected parts! For example, my bonnet was only slightly dented and scratched, they resprayed the whole bonnet! I did not get this service from the other workshops. The other workshops would only respray the areas that were scratched.
I was told I would get my car back at the end of Monday. But guess what, it was ready by monday morning! Faster than expected. And the job done is excellent. As good as new.
If I can give them 6 stars i would. Do give this workshop a try. Although they don't have much reviews as the other workshops, everyone starts somewhere right? You won't regret it.
I hope Polymath Garage keeps up the good work and reasonable pricing. Thanks Sebastian for attending to me. This will be my workshop if I ever need a panel beating and respray (hopefully no need though as I don't want anything to happen to my car hahaha). Good luck in your business!
