Took up the free diagnostic offer from Ready. They are very professional and the environment at the workshop is very clean. Send in my pre owned car which just collected few days for diagnostic and Jet was able to show me the engine oil leakage and ATF leak. They also ran the electronic checks with their OBD scanner. Pointed out a few wear and tear parts that should be replaced. With their pointers, I was able to get the dealer to make good the leakage. I would definitely send my car to this workshop in future. Saw their random ad on FB & read several good reviews on them & the lady boss Sulynn. Decided to try them out for a fault light check. Diagnostics indicated the wrong electrical part to be replaced. Naturally, the problem persisted. Sulynn was super kind to offer me a replacement car if I choose to leave my car with them to resolve the issue at their cost. Amazing service & honesty! Highly recommended!

It is most distressing when you have a fairly serious accident and you need to write off the car as a total loss with insurance... and you meet a spate of amazing, honest, lovely people, especially Sulynn. I would give Sulynne five stars for her excellent service. Our car breakdown at carpark and we did not know what causes it!!! I have save her no for almost ten years in my mobile and my instinct ask me to call her for help. She is very helpful over the phone and immediately detect what causes the issues. We have tow in the car late at night and to my surprise, our car can be collected in the morning. Her service is really excellent and most importantly the cost is affordable as she even told us not to change certain parts unless really need to. She is worth recommend to those out there who really need car servicing or car repairs. Appreciate her efficiency!! Well done Sulynne.

Chance upon the ads on Facebook and I decided to drop a text since it’s offering a free diagnostic check. I took the opportunity to enquire on the replacement of my car’s rear brake pad. Price quoted was very reasonable. Great chat with the owner Ms Sulynn, she advised me on the diagnostic done on my car. As my car is still under agent warranty, i will enquire on the replacement of the damaged parts which were not even done during the servicing done 3 weeks ago. So much for an agent servicing. Thank you Ready Auto! I believe Ready Auto is a workshop I can trust my car with. Very genuine team ......

Sent my car to Ready Auto Care at AMK AutoPoint to troubleshoot an engine jerk problem. The job was completed within 3 working days and was professionally managed by a team of experienced and dedicated mechanics. Credit to the lady boss, Sulynn, who convinced me to proceed with the repair at a very reasonable cost. I no longer encounter the jerk problem again. Ready Auto Care is indeed a reliable workshop that is highly recommended for all your car repair and maintenance work.

I highly recommend this workshop . The ad. Posting entitle first 10 customers free car diagnostics is true. Secondly, I’m impressed by the technician “ ah Lai” attitude , efforts and giving gd advise for my car. No pushing sales etc... most of all the lady boss “sulynn “ is so kind and helpful ... I’d say this is definitely not a chop chop car workshop type.. so u can rest assure Yur car to them.

Awesome service! Went down to diagnose car and was greeted by sulynn and straight away explain what they will look out during diagnose especially for the car you are going for. Once car arrived, great team work within a short period all test and result is out. Very honest feedback on the results, great place!!

Booked for a free diagnostic on Car health. Friendly & polite team from this workshop. Engineers very knowledgeable in all cars, I wud say, esp conti.. Upon arrival, tech drove for a test drive, followed by a full check on any wear & tear. also did an OB scan to chk for any err code. A full detailed report printed out to me afterwhich, explained whatever needs to be replaced, & wad to do next in order to prolong lifespan of my ride. Got all these infos so that I could maintain my car regularly. Highly recommended

Had my car serviced at this place since 2 years back. Sulynn was a great boss who knows how to help you save money. This workshop is totally not the same as compare to most of them outside where technicians will keep telling you to change this and that. Genuine advise from sulynn and she will get the best prices of spare parts for you.

My go to workshop for any problems with my car. Always provide honest feedback on the need to replace car parts. You can even ask them to help to assess a state of a used car before you decide to buy it from a resale car vendor. Keep up the good work!
